UXD Living | Preservation by discovery

What began as a ceiling modification revealed the apartment’s, original brick wall, uncovering an opportunity to celebrate its architectural character. Preserved timber, reclaimed wood, enhanced daylight through enlarged windows and discreetly integrated power outlets demonstrate how thoughtful renovation can improve function while honoring history. The result is a home that balances contemporary living with the craftsmanship already embedded in the space.

City living moves fast. Home should offer moments to slow down.

This bathroom renovation was designed as a spa-like retreat from the demands of everyday life. Through careful planning, spatial reorganization, and study of vertical proportions, a dark compact bathroom was transformed into a space that feels open, light, calm, and restorative.

A soaking tub, walk-in shower, integrated storage, efficient wall-mounted fixtures, and thoughtfully curated LED lighting work together to support comfort, function, air quality, easy cleaning, and overall well-being.
